The Grievance Redressal facility of the Drugs Control Department enables citizens, patients, licence holders and other stakeholders to easily report concerns related to the quality, safety, availability and sale of medicines.

 

You can raise a grievance regarding:

Illegal or unauthorised sale of medicines
Sale of expired medicines/ Sale of medicines without a valid prescription/ Overcharging or violation of drug price regulations/ Suspected substandard, spurious or adulterated medicines
Misleading or objectionable advertisements relating to drugs

Misuse or improper sale of antibiotics and other controlled medicines
